Amanda Rowella Featured as the University of Delaware New Blue Hen of the Day

Amanda Rowella was chosen as the "NSO New Blue Hen of the Day" during New Student Orientation (NSO) at the University of Delaware.

All students attending NSO are automatically entered to be chosen as the NSO New Blue Hen of the Day when they like the Blue Hen Says Facebook page. Rowella received a prize and was featured on the page.

As a soon-to-be business and marketing major, Rowella said she looks forward to starting her new life at UD. Already having new friendships under her belt, she said she loved spending NSO with her orientation leader and group. She hopes to study abroad in Europe and join several registered student organizations (RSOs) in the fall.

Blue Hen Says is UD's social media account for students, by students.

New students will be featured on the Blue Hen Says Facebook page every day of NSO, which runs through July 18.
